Guide to redeeming and enjoying gift packs at AR Hotels & Resorts

In the email you received, you can check:

• Who gave you the voucher and the personal message that they wrote for you.
• What your gift voucher includes.
• Your gift voucher code (ARP-XXXX)

How can I register my gift voucher? 

To activate and subsequently redeem your gift voucher, you need to register in the private area of our website. 

• If it is your first time visiting our website, you'll find the direct link to register in this email. 
• If you are already registered, simply click on LOGIN at the bottom of the form.  

Once you have logged in or registered, select the MY PURCHASES/RESERVATIONS section of your private area: 

Your gift voucher code should appear on the page by default; if it doesn't, you can copy and paste it from your email.

Once your voucher is added, you will receive an email like this: 

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

Once your pack is added to your private area, you will have up to a year to use it. 

To redeem your voucher, you will need to request a reservation. Click on RESERVE and a form like this will appear. 

Here, you can choose which day you would like to enjoy the services included in your pack. You will also find a small space to leave us your comments or preferences (allergies, time preference...). 

Finally, you can choose how you prefer us to contact you to confirm your reservation. We will use the phone number or email that you have set in your private area to confirm your reservation.
