In 2018, the average workforce at AR Roca Esmeralda was 73 employees (44 women and 29 men). At AR Hotels & Resorts, we have employees of more than 20 different nationalities.
In 2018, we ran courses on Leadership (Fundesem), Digital Tip (Educatur), Sales (Educatur) and DiSC Methodologies (ENEAS). In addition, economic grants were set aside for training.
