Amuse bouche:

Gillardeau special oysters n 3 au naturel with Lardo di Colonnata and a cloud of a revisitée fondue

Crustaceans, spider crab, caviar, cabbage and flower gelée

Cannelloni stuffed with black truffle, artichoke and foie gras, with Parmesan gratin
