AMAS X PAGO DE THARSYS

An evening created to be guided by the dialogue between Japanese cuisine, product and wine.

AMAS and Pago de Tharsys come together for an intimate dinner, where each dish will find its own harmony through a selection of wines designed to accompany, elevate and transform the experience.

A proposal that begins in the depths of the sea and travels towards the glass: technique, product, sensitivity and pairing in a tasting menu designed to be enjoyed without hurry.

Throughout the evening, each course will be accompanied by a special wine pairing by Pago de Tharsys, creating a gastronomic journey where flavour, texture and memory meet in every glass.

A unique evening to discover AMAS from a different perspective: every dish, its wine. Every wine, its moment.
