Audrey's celebrates its first Michelin-starred Gastro Event: a tribute to the land and the Mediterranean, where the deepest flavours of the coast blend with the freshness of Alicante's market garden.
Chef Rafa Soler designs a six-course menu in which the local produce shines: tomatoes from Benissa, avocados from Ràfol, potatoes from Benitatxell, fish from the local fish market and shrimps from Santa Pola, harmonised with a carefully selected wine pairing that accompanies every nuance of the course.
