  • Santa Pola prawns with a silky Marcona almond cream

  • Wild cuttlefish with parsley and lemon

  • Scallops with seaweed and sea snails

  • Dénia red prawn with gelée consommé and caviar

 

Main course: Creamy rice with cockles, sea urchin and codium seaweed

 

Dessert: Baked apple with caramel and coffee
